After Tony Stark again begins to feel bad about being a bad bloke he backs the General Ross drafted Sokovia Accords which means more regulations for any enhanced beings. This acts as the introduction of both Spider-Man and Black Panther and divides The Avengers into two distinct teams who beat each other up in an airport among other physical activities.
